Hey son,
I wanted to write you to tell you some things.
One time my mom wrote me a letter on the weekend retreat for my confirmation of faith. She poured her heart out to me because I was becoming Catholic. The retreat was weird because it was just guys and girls in a cabin who wanted to kiss each other. We just ate hot dogs and drank generic soda - my favorite. Our teacher asked us who wanted to be Catholic and no one raised their hands.
Things are going to be different around here. No, I’m not sure actually. But I tell you to give fair warning of any sudden changes.
My dad never told me much but he definitely peeled enough grapefruits for the both of us.
He used to wear sliced bread between his toes!!
I don’t want this to go too long. I have a lot of catching up to do. If you need me, you know where to find me - between a sock and a hard place. Get it? Haha.
